Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to fitness and sports equipment, including product information and order support.
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Document interactions in the company's CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance overall service quality.
  • Stay informed on product features, promotions, and new arrivals to better assist customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or fitness-related environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong interest in fitness and sports, along with product knowledge.
  • Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a vibrant workplace.
