Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service in German, addressing inquiries related to fitness and sports equipment products.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products and answering any questions regarding functionality, features, and pricing.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure accurate product information and availability.
  • Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, product offerings, and promotions to provide informed recommendations.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and overall customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, especially in the fitness, sports, or retail industries, is highly valued.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.
  • A passion for fitness and sports, with a desire to help customers achieve their goals.
