Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is excited to present an engaging opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative within the Fitness & Sports Equipment Department. This role allows you to combine your passion for fitness and sports with delivering exceptional customer service. As part of a dynamic team, you will assist Nordic-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries and providing support regarding a wide range of fitness and sports equipment. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish), managing inquiries related to fitness and sports equipment.
  • Assist customers with product selection, technical queries, and order processing, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document concerns and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to resolve shipping issues and ensure timely delivery of equipment.
  • Stay informed about new product launches and fitness industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Engage proactively with customers, suggesting appropriate products based on their fitness goals and preferences.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially within the fitness or sports equipment industry, is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach to service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, enabling effective interaction with customers.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
  • A passion for fitness and sports, with a willingness to learn about new equipment and trends in the industry.
