Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer support in Dutch, managing inquiries related to fitness and sports equipment enthusiastically and professionally.
  • Assist customers with information about product features, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accurate documentation in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of requests.
  • Stay informed about the latest fitness trends, product offerings, and promotions to provide effective recommendations to customers.
  • Engage proactively with customers through various communication channels, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to build product knowledge and improve customer service capabilities.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred, especially within the fitness or sports equipment sectors.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering excellent service to customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse customer base.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records and inquiries.
  • A genuine passion for fitness and sports, along with a willingness to learn about new equipment and trends.
