In this role, you will engage with Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to a variety of fitness and sports products. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service in Spanish, responding to inquiries about fitness and sports equipment and related services.
  • Assist customers with product selection, orders, returns, and warranty claims in a timely manner.
  • Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and resolutions.
  • Work closely with the sales and shipping teams to ensure customer satisfaction from the moment of order to delivery.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, trends, and promotions to provide informed assistance to customers.
  • Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Participate in ongoing training and personal development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in retail or sports equipment, is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer care.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • A passion for fitness and sports, with a desire to help customers achieve their health and wellness goals.
