Your main responsibility will be to assist Spanish-speaking customers with their inquiries, ensuring they receive top-notch service and information. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support in Spanish, addressing inquiries related to fitness and sports equipment.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and preferences, providing knowledgeable advice.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve any product-related issues or concerns effectively.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and product offerings in the fitness and sports equipment industry.
  • Proactively engage with customers through various communication channels, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to develop your skills and product knowledge further.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish is essential, with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred, particularly in the fitness, sports, or retail sectors.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and convey information.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate customer records.
  • A genuine interest in fitness and sports will be beneficial for connecting with customers and understanding their needs.
