Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in German, handling inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and general support.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring that all interactions lead to a positive resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and product offerings to provide informed assistance to customers.
  • Engage proactively with customers through various communication channels to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to refine your product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or retail sector, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities that encourage effective interaction with customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for accurately maintaining customer records.
  • A genuine passion for fashion and an eagerness to learn about current trends and product lines.
