We are currently searching for a German Speaking Customer Service representative for a prominent Fashion & Apparel Department. Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order management, and returns.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company database.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet customer needs.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to better assist customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service, especially in fashion or retail, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with customer service software and retail management systems.
- Passion for the fashion industry and a keen sense of current trends.
