Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support in German, addressing inquiries related to fashion products and services.
  • Assist customers with order placements, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Educate customers about product features, promotions, and policies to help them make informed decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to troubleshoot shipping and fulfillment issues.
  • Stay updated on current fashion trends and product knowledge to provide relevant assistance.
  • Engage in continuous learning and training to enhance your skills in fashion and customer service excellence.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the fashion or retail sector, is a significant advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for accurate record-keeping.
  • A passion for fashion and a willingness to stay informed about trends and product offerings.
