Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service in Italian, addressing inquiries related to health and wellness products.
- Assist customers with product selection, usage guidance, and troubleshooting queries.
- Document customer interactions accurately, maintaining comprehensive records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the product team to understand new offerings and share relevant information with customers.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Stay informed about industry trends, health tips, and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve customer service skills and product expertise.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, particularly in health, wellness, or retail sectors.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with an emphasis on delivering high-quality customer support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with customers professionally and empathetically.
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced environment effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for accurate record-keeping and documentation.
- A genuine interest in health and wellness, with a desire to support customers in their journeys.
