Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in finding the perfect travel and tour packages, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a fantastic customer experience. Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer support in Italian, helping customers navigate and select travel and tour packages.
- Assist clients with bookings, answer inquiries, and offer tailored travel solutions that meet their needs.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using the CRM system.
- Collaborate with tour operators and travel vendors to address customer needs and ensure service delivery.
- Stay informed about travel trends, industry updates, and promotional offerings to provide informed assistance.
- Participate in training and learning opportunities to enhance your service delivery and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel and tourism industry, is highly advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with customers professionally.
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
- A passion for travel and a desire to help customers create unforgettable experiences.
