In this vital role, you will assist Italian-speaking customers with inquiries related to online courses, platform navigation, and educational resources. Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding online learning products and services.
- Assist customers with account management, course registration, and technical support issues.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure efficient follow-up.
- Collaborate with educational and technical teams to resolve customer inquiries and enhance user satisfaction.
- Stay informed about EdTech trends, course offerings, and platform features to assist clients effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote engagement and loyalty.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Experience in customer service roles, preferably in the education or technology sectors.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
