Your Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking users through various communication channels.
- Assist clients with technical questions, inquiries, and feedback about online educational products.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor throughout all customer interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions to improve service quality.
- Work collaboratively with the education team to boost user satisfaction and experience.
- Engage in training sessions to remain updated on products and customer service practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is required. Please ensure that your nationality and native language are clearly stated.
- Strong interest in online education and technology.
- Experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
