Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with their inquiries, orders, and issues efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during all interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions to help improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service objectives and enhance customer experiences.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about products and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong commitment to customer service and helping clients succeed.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries and challenges calmly and effectively.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
