Your Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries and issues related to online marketplace transactions, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance overall customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to keep up with e-commerce trends and platform updates.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or e-commerce is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
