Slovak Speaking Customer Service for Online Travel

In this role, you'll assist Slovak-speaking clients in planning their travels and answering inquiries regarding various tour packages. Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Slovak-speaking clients via various communication channels regarding travel and tour packages.
- Address inquiries and resolve customer issues effectively to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during all interactions with customers.
- Document customer conversations accurately for quality assurance purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet department goals and enhance service quality.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about products and travel options.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is required. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A passion for travel and helping customers plan their trips.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to embrace a multicultural work environment.
- A desire to learn and grow in the travel industry
