Your Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to Slovak-speaking clients via phone and email regarding airline reservations.
- Effectively handle inquiries and resolve issues related to bookings and travel arrangements.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to enhance service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to meet objectives and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in product training sessions to stay informed about airline services and policies.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong passion for customer service and helping others.
- Prior experience in customer service or travel industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented and dynamic environment.
- Desire to learn and grow within the airline industry
