Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support in Italian, addressing inquiries about products, orders, and general assistance related to online shopping.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues proficiently, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth shopping experience and effective resolution of complex queries.
- Stay informed about product offerings, company promotions, and policies to offer precise information to customers.
- Proactively engage with customers through various communication channels, ensuring their needs are met.
- Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in online retail or e-commerce, is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on providing effective solutions to customer queries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers professionally and empathetically.
- Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced remote work environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
