In this role, you will be at the forefront of customer service, assisting Italian-speaking clients with their inquiries about books and services while providing a seamless online shopping experience. Responsibilities- Provide enthusiastic and knowledgeable customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
- Assist customers with inquiries about book availability, orders, and returns.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide solutions tailored to their needs.
- Recommend books and services based on customer interests and preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail roles is preferred.
- Passion for books and reading is highly valued.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with online sales platforms and customer service software is a plus.
