Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer support in German for online bookstore inquiries
- Assist customers with order placements, tracking, and returns
- Provide personalized book recommendations to enhance customer experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve any service-related issues
- Document customer interactions accurately to maintain service quality
- Work collaboratively with the team to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Passion for books and understanding of the online retail environment
