We are currently seeking a German Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Online Bookstore Department. Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking customers regarding book inquiries and online orders through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with account management, order placements, and inquiries about book availability.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure a satisfying shopping experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide timely follow-up on requests.
- Collaborate with the inventory and shipping teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Stay informed about the latest book releases and promotions to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
- Collect customer feedback to support the continuous improvement of the customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or retail sector.
- Strong communication skills with a warm and friendly approach to customer interactions.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
- Proficient in using CRM software and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
