Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support in Italian, addressing inquiries related to online retail operations, including product availability, order status, and returns.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and technical issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Stay informed on promotional offers, product details, and policies to provide customers with accurate information.
- Engage with customers proactively to enhance their shopping experience and foster brand loyalty.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, especially within the retail or e-commerce sectors, is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers professionally.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
- A genuine enthusiasm for retail and a desire to help customers find the best solutions for their needs.
