Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support in Italian, addressing inquiries related to online shopping, orders, and product information.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues, payment queries, and returns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately, maintaining up-to-date records and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with logistical and sales teams to resolve issues and expedite deliveries as needed.
- Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and policies to offer accurate information to customers.
- Engage proactively with customers through various channels, enhancing their overall shopping experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to develop your skills and stay current with the latest trends in e-commerce.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or retail sector, is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with customers.
- Able to manage multiple customer inquiries and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining customer records accurately.
- A passion for online shopping and understanding of e-commerce trends will be beneficial.
