Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer support in Spanish, managing inquiries related to online shopping, product information, and order status.
  • Assist customers with account issues, payment inquiries, and any other concerns that may arise during their shopping experience.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about current promotions, product updates, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Engage with customers proactively, offering solutions and support to enhance their online shopping experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish, with good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the e-commerce or online shopping environment, is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capability to connect effectively with customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • A genuine interest in online shopping trends and a desire to assist customers with their purchasing needs.
