Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support in Italian, handling inquiries about orders, products, and account issues efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues, ensuring a satisfactory resolution that promotes customer loyalty.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, documenting inquiries and responses in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with other teams, such as logistics and technical support, to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution.
- Stay informed about the latest products, promotions, and policies to offer accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Engage proactively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to enhance their shopping experience.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to improve your product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or retail setting, is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective interactions with customers.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment, juggling multiple tasks as needed.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate record-keeping of customer inquiries and interactions.
- A genuine enthusiasm for online shopping and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer support.
