Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, order status, returns, and product information.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure efficient follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance the shopping experience.
- Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and policies to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the retail or e-commerce sectors.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficient in basic computer applications.
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
