Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through email, phone, and chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order management, and returns.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve the service quality.
- Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and online retail policies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in online retail or e-commerce.
- Strong communication and customer-focused approach.
- Proficient with CRM systems and general computer applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment effectively.
