Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
- Assist customers with inquiries about products, order statuses, returns, and site navigation.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system for efficient tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Stay informed about current promotions, product offerings, and company policies to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the e-commerce or online retail sector, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries.
