Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, product information, returns, and exchanges.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records within the company's systems.
- Stay updated on the latest promotions, products, and services to provide accurate assistance to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and address customer feedback.
- Foster a welcoming and friendly environment that encourages customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or online shopping sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide efficient solutions.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask effectively.
