This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about e-commerce and committed to delivering outstanding service to German-speaking customers.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, returns, and overall shopping experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in the customer management system.
- Stay informed about the company's product offerings and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer inquiries and enhance service delivery.
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, especially in the retail or e-commerce sector, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A genuine interest in online retail and a passion for assisting customers.
