Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support in German, assisting clients with inquiries about travel and tour packages.
- Help customers with bookings, changes, and cancellations, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
- Document all customer interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate records for quality assurance and feedback.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve complex inquiries or issues related to travel logistics.
- Stay informed about travel trends, packages, and promotions to offer relevant options to customers.
- Engage proactively with customers, providing personalized service that enhances their journey planning.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills consistently.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or tourism sector, is highly valued.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers and understand their travel needs.
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced remote work environment.
