Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients regarding travel inquiries and tour packages.
- Assist customers in making bookings, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our systems.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and promote additional packages.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Stay updated on travel trends, company offerings, and policies to provide informed support.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the travel or tourism sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
- A customer-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by the travel industry demands.
