You will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries regarding travel packages, bookings, and itineraries. Key Responsibilities- Offer exceptional customer service in German, assisting clients with inquiries related to travel packages and tour options.
- Guide customers through the booking process, providing detailed information about itineraries, pricing, and terms.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback diligently, providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Document all interactions precisely, maintaining comprehensive records to aid in customer follow-ups and service improvements.
- Collaborate with the travel planning team to ensure accurate and up-to-date information regarding available tours and travel packages.
- Stay informed about relevant travel regulations and destination updates to provide customers with reliable advice.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and a strong command of English for communication purposes.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in the travel or tourism industry, is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer support.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
