Patrique Mercier Recruitment is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Support representative for an innovative Online Auction & Bidding Platform. This role is crucial for assisting Italian-speaking customers as they navigate the features and functionalities of the platform. If you have a passion for online bidding, excellent communication skills, and a knack for customer service, we would love to have you on our team
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
- Assist users with inquiries related to account setup, bidding procedures, and auction listings.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Guide customers through the online auction process and educate them about platform features.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and contribute to the improvement of service processes.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in customer support roles, particularly within online platforms, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Interest in online auctions and bidding processes is an advantage.
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
