Dutch Speaking Customer Support for Online Auction

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support representative in the Online Auction & Bidding Platform department. In this role, you will assist customers with their queries and support them throughout their online bidding experience. Your expertise will help ensure that users have a seamless and enjoyable interaction with our auction services. Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding the auction process, bidding rules, and account management.
- Effectively address and resolve customer complaints with efficiency and professionalism.
- Guide users through the platform's features and assist with troubleshooting as needed.
- Document customer interactions accurately to maintain service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and identify improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, especially within online platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
- An interest in online auctions and e-commerce is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with customer support software is a plus.
