In this role, you will provide outstanding support to German-speaking customers who are navigating our auction and bidding site. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting users with their inquiries, offering guidance on platform features, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking users through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to the auction process, bidding strategies, and account management.
- Troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions to enhance user experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service and quick resolution of issues.
- Stay updated on platform features and changes to provide informed support to users.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Experience in customer support, particularly in online platforms or the auction industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software.
