Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding book orders, recommendations, and returns.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Guide customers through the online bookstore platform, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
- A genuine passion for books and literature is a significant advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with customer service software or online retail platforms is a plus.
