Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer service in Italian, assisting customers with inquiries related to travel and tour packages.
- Guide customers in choosing the best travel options that align with their preferences and budgets.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable booking experience.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and bookings in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with travel suppliers and internal teams to stay updated on the latest offers and travel regulations.
- Engage in proactive communication with customers, following up on inquiries and offering personalized recommendations.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and customer service techniques.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, especially within the travel and tourism industry, is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a dedicated focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
