Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support in Italian, addressing inquiries related to fashion and apparel products.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns while ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and outcomes accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex issues or inquiries effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and product offerings to provide informed advice and recommendations to customers.
- Participate in training to enhance your knowledge of products and customer service techniques.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or retail sector, is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to providing exceptional customer support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
