Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service in Portuguese, addressing inquiries related to fashion and apparel products, order status, and returns.
  • Assist customers in selecting products, providing styling advice, and resolving any concerns regarding their purchases.
  • Process orders and returns accurately, ensuring that all customer interactions are documented in the system.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising and inventory teams to keep customers informed about stock availability and trends.
  • Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends and product offerings to provide customers with expert advice and support.
  • Engage with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat) to enhance their overall experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on best practices in customer service and fashion knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese with strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends and an ability to provide style recommendations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, engaging professionally with customers.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for fashion and helping customers express their personal style will be beneficial.
