Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer support in Italian, handling inquiries related to fashion products, order statuses, and returns.
  • Assist customers with styling tips, product recommendations, and sizing inquiries to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records of inquiries and resolutions in the system.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to facilitate efficient order processing and delivery.
  • Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, product launches, and promotional campaigns to offer informed assistance to customers.
  • Engage proactively with customers, following up on inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with their purchases.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve service delivery and develop expertise in fashion and apparel products.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in fashion retail or apparel, is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • A passion for fashion and an understanding of current trends and styles.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences and ensuring customer loyalty.
