Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service in Italian, addressing inquiries about veterinary services and pet care products.
- Assist pet owners with scheduling appointments, understanding services, and resolving their concerns effectively.
- Document all customer interactions accurately, maintaining high-quality records in the system.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure customers receive timely and accurate information.
- Stay informed about pet care trends and veterinary services to assist customers adequately and professionally.
- Engage in proactive communication to follow up with customers regarding their inquiries and service experiences.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills related to veterinary care and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, ideally within the veterinary or animal care sector.
- A strong passion for animals and a desire to support pet owners in their needs.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach to service delivery.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to connect with customers compassionately.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
