In this vital role, you will provide essential support to our German-speaking clients who are seeking assistance with their veterinary needs. Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support in German, addressing inquiries related to veterinary services, appointments, and pet care advice.
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments and managing their inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Document and track customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for follow-up and future reference.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff and other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Stay informed about veterinary services and updates to provide customers with accurate and relevant information.
- Engage proactively with customers through various channels, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills in veterinary services.
Requirements
- Fluency in German, with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in veterinary or healthcare sectors, is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach to service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect empathetically with clients.
- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- A genuine passion for animals and a desire to contribute positively to their well-being will be greatly valued.
