This role is dedicated to providing exceptional support to Spanish-speaking clients who seek assistance related to their pets' health and well-being. You will be responsible for answering inquiries, providing information about veterinary services, and ensuring that customers receive the attention and care they need. Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer service in Spanish, assisting clients with inquiries regarding veterinary services and pet care.
- Support customers in scheduling appointments, understanding services offered, and answering general questions about pet health.
- Document client interactions accurately, maintaining records in compliance with department standards.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to relay customer concerns and facilitate effective communication regarding pet treatments.
- Stay updated on veterinary services and protocols to provide accurate and helpful information to clients.
- Engage in proactive follow-ups with customers to ensure their needs are met and enhance client satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve service skills and knowledge of veterinary practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in veterinary services or related fields, is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a compassionate approach to customer interactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging effectively with clients.
- Able to multitask and manage time efficiently in a busy environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
- A genuine passion for animal health and welfare will be beneficial in this role.
