Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with inquiries regarding veterinary services, appointments, and pet health.
- Maintain a warm and professional demeanor during all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately for continuous service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence.
- Engage in training sessions to expand your knowledge of veterinary services and best practices.
Requirements
- Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated within your application.
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Genuine interest in animal welfare and veterinary services.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
