Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist with inquiries related to veterinary services, including appointments, treatments, and follow-up care.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly, ensuring a satisfactory customer experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the database for follow-up and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff and other departments to enhance service delivery.
- Stay updated on veterinary services, procedures, and company policies to assist clients effectively.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competence in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools is an advantage.
