In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking clients, assisting them with their hotel reservations, inquiries, and ensuring a memorable experience in the hospitality sector. Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support in Italian, assisting guests with hotel reservations, inquiries, and any special requests.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and reservations within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with hotel staff and various departments to ensure seamless communication and a smooth guest experience.
- Stay informed about the company's hotel offerings, promotions, and local attractions to provide customers with relevant information.
- Proactively engage with guests to enhance their stay and identify opportunities for exceeding their expectations.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or travel sector, is highly advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to connect with guests professionally and effectively.
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records of reservations and customer interactions.
- A passion for hospitality and a genuine interest in providing outstanding service to guests.
