Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is excited to present a wonderful opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative specializing in Hotel Reservations and the Hospitality Department. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about travel and customer service, and who wish to impact the hospitality industry positively. You will be the main point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with their hotel reservations, inquiries, and any specific requests they may have to ensure a memorable stay. Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support in Italian, assisting guests with hotel reservations, inquiries, and requests efficiently.
- Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately, ensuring that reservation entries are completed and updated in the system.
- Collaborate with hotel staff and departments to fulfill guests' needs and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
- Stay informed about hotel services, local attractions, and promotions to offer comprehensive assistance to guests.
- Proactively engage with customers through various communication channels, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge of the hospitality industry.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry, is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the mindset to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
- A passion for travel and hospitality, with a willingness to learn about the latest trends and services.
