Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to announce an excellent opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative specializing in Hotel Reservations & Hospitality. In this vital role, you will be the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with hotel bookings, inquiries, and providing information about hospitality services. Your passion for customer service and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our clients. Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with hotel reservations, changes, and inquiries about amenities and services.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with hotel staff and internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery.
- Stay informed about hotel offerings, industry trends, and local attractions to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in hotel or hospitality environments, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
