Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support in Spanish, assisting guests with hotel reservations and inquiries about services.
- Handle incoming calls and messages, ensuring all customer requests are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Accurately document and manage reservations, ensuring that all details are correctly entered into the system.
- Collaborate with various hotel departments to facilitate guest requests and resolve any issues promptly.
- Stay updated on hotel services, amenities, and promotions to provide accurate information to potential guests.
- Engage with customers to build rapport, ensuring a high level of satisfaction while addressing their needs.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance customer service skills and knowledge of the hospitality industry.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or hotel industry, is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage professionally with guests.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing solutions efficiently.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail.
